4. การซื้อสินค้า
เว็บไซต์นี้ใช้เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์แบรนด์และแสดงสินค้า การสั่งซื้อและชำระเงินดำเนินการผ่านช่องทางภายนอก เช่น Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, LINE หรือร้านค้าปลีก เมื่อคุณออกจากเว็บไซต์นี้ไปยังช่องทางดังกล่าว การเก็บและใช้ข้อมูลของคุณจะอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ให้บริการนั้น
5. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล
เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นให้แก่ ผู้ดูแลและพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ ผู้ให้บริการโฮสติ้ง/คลาวด์ ระบบ CRM และระบบส่งอีเมล ผู้ให้บริการวิเคราะห์เว็บไซต์ แพลตฟอร์มโฆษณา (Meta, TikTok, Google, LINE) เอเจนซีการตลาด และหน่วยงานรัฐเมื่อมีหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ
ผู้ให้บริการบางรายมีเซิร์ฟเวอร์อยู่ต่างประเทศ การส่งข้อมูลออกนอกราชอาณาจักรจะดำเนินการภายใต้มาตรการคุ้มครองที่เหมาะสมตามมาตรา 28–29 ของ พ.ร.บ.
6. ระยะเวลาเก็บและการทำลาย
เราเก็บข้อมูลตามระยะเวลาในตารางข้อ 3 เมื่อครบกำหนดหรือเมื่อวัตถุประสงค์สิ้นสุด เราจะลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้ เว้นแต่มีเหตุตามกฎหมายให้เก็บต่อ เช่น การใช้สิทธิเรียกร้องทางกฎหมาย
7. สิทธิของคุณ
คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึงและขอสำเนาข้อมูล ขอแก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง ขอลบหรือทำลาย ขอระงับการใช้ คัดค้านการเก็บหรือใช้ ขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล ถอนความยินยอมเมื่อใดก็ได้ และร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล การถอนความยินยอมไม่กระทบความชอบด้วยกฎหมายของการประมวลผลก่อนหน้านั้น
ยื่นคำขอผ่านแบบฟอร์มบนหน้านี้ หรืออีเมลถึง eurecethailand@gmail.com เราจะตอบกลับภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับคำขอ และอาจขอเอกสารยืนยันตัวตนก่อนดำเนินการ
8. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
เราจำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงตามหน้าที่ เข้ารหัสการรับส่งข้อมูลด้วย HTTPS สำรองข้อมูล บันทึกการเข้าถึงระบบ ทบทวนสิทธิ์ผู้ใช้งาน อบรมพนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และมีขั้นตอนรับมือเมื่อเกิดเหตุข้อมูลรั่วไหล

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as our activities do not currently meet the statutory threshold. We will update this notice if that changes.
2. Data we collect
You give us: name, email, phone, address and province, product interests, messages you write, contact history and survey answers — through the contact form, newsletter sign-up, event registration, our LINE Official Account, or messages on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Collected as you browse: IP address, device and browser, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, date, time and duration, referral source, click behaviour, and approximate city-level location.
Sensitive data: we do not collect it. Please do not include health, religious or similar details in free-text fields.

4. Purchases
This site presents the brand and its products. Orders and payments happen on external channels such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, LINE or retail partners. Once you leave for those channels, their own privacy policies apply.
5. Sharing
We share data as needed with our web developer, hosting and cloud providers, CRM and email systems, analytics providers, advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, LINE), our marketing agency, and government authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data. Some providers host data outside Thailand; such transfers follow the safeguards in sections 28–29 of the Act.
6. Retention
We keep data for the periods in section 3. Afterwards we delete, destroy or anonymise it, unless the law requires longer retention.
7. Your rights
You may request access and a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the PDPC. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. Submit a request using the form on this page or email eurecethailand@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity.
8. Security
Access is restricted by role, traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, data is backed up, system access is logged, permissions are reviewed, staff are trained, and we have a breach response procedure.

We may update this notice. For material changes we will post a notice on the site and, where required, ask for consent again.
